Is there hope for this phal?

Hi,

I'm so sad that this orchid has developed crown rot. It has been one of the first ones I owned since I started the hobby. It started shedding off lower leaves first I checked for stem rot and since it didnt seem like it I just ignored and now there is only one leaf left. I just put some cinnammon powder in the crown. Are there any chances that it will survive. Its a very orchid with good roots and even bloomed this year. I wish I had caught the crown rot earlier.
