Mealybugs?
Default Mealybugs?

Is this mealybugs on my Phalaenopsis? I can't see any actual bugs and the white spots are much less fuzzy looking than the mealybug photos I've seen online. It started as a single large white-ish spot on one leaf then slowly moved to the others. The plant was repotted shortly before this happened. I have also seen a couple small white balls in the bark medium that reminds me of the crunchy texture or perlite.

Thanks so much

The leaf spot looks more like sunburn. Does it get any direct sunlight?

I wonder about spider mites on the underside of the leaf.
