HELP!!!! PLZ; DISEASED, SICK DENDRO

Hello everyone Again!!
I'm sorry, but this is a REPEAT, but I had to, to get 'someone's, anyone's' attention...

Plz give me some advise, if you have any on this.

I just found my little fella dendro (unknown name) if ya can help me out there??
But she has some ugly leaves coming out, falling off.

I have no ideas on what it is, but it's going to kill her, as It's taking over her leaves. One fell off as you'll see in the pic, the other is still hanging on, but will be cut off on Sunday morning!

Plz help me out here, and understand WHY this happened, and WHAT to do to get rid of it, FOR GOOD!!

It looks like a dend in the Phalaenanthe family but like making an ID on any hybrid is near impossible. For the more pressing issue, looks maybe fungal with those dark circles. I like Bayer's 3-in-One because it has a fungicide, insecticide and something for bacteria. The other thing to get is Physan-20 or RD-20 and spray spray spray everywhere! You also need to isolate the plant..oh you've done that...next remove those infected leaves....NOW! Oh, you've done that, too...well now treat it and hope for the best.....

I may be out in left field here, but your plant looks pretty good, except for that one little growth. Since that is the smallest and oldest growth, it may just be wearing out. Back bulbs on dendros, and a lot of other plants do this. Docs advice is good, err on the side of caution, but I wouldn't fret too much unless the newer growths start doing the same thing. Just my three cents worth (inflation). Good luck.

I'll add this bit...

Change the potting medium. It looks old. Check the roots they may also be damaged. Put back in orginal pot, or smaller if you can.

All my Dendrobiums I grow potted are big plants with relatively tiny pots.

Have you moved this den around lately? Usually they are very finicky when they move from one place that they like to a different place. At least that has happened with mine.. but after that they get settled and are fine again... I would only worry if all the leaves turn that way at once and if the cane starts getting yellow and mushy too.. if it's just one or two leaves it should be fine.. just let it adjust and wait n see

Jkeele - remember to list your growing conditions -
Where it's growing, watering and fertilizing schedule, how much light it gets, humidity .. etc ..
this helps in making a better assessment of your plant
Remember orchids are pretty hardy so don't panic ..
