Can someone please tell me what is wrong with my orchid?
Default Can someone please tell me what is wrong with my orchid?

We are here in late summer now, the daytime temperature is around 104 degrees Fahrenheit, and then I generally keep these orchids of mine in a shady place, and these orchids have started to have this patch on the leaves over the past few months and slowly Slow spread, is this an infection by some kind of bacteria? Thanks for your answer! The photos below are bifrenaria harrisoniae and oncidium twinkle.

Welcome!
It looks to me like, in spite of your best efforts, you got heat damage. There could have been some fungal infection (black spots) if there was also a lot of humidity, but mostly, it got a bit toasted. (Thin-leaved plants are vulnerable) . The plant will probably be fine... it will lose those damaged leaves, but there will be new growth. What type of orchid it it?

I agreed with Roberta, the dots look are some kind of fungus and it is dry.

I'll repot, cut the leaves in the healthy tissue or just cut the bad ones and apply a multiuse fungicide twice with 20 days in between application.

Bifrenaria harrisoniae grows among rocks above the beach in Brasil. It can tolerate 40C / 104 F easily. You probably haven't been watering enough so the leaves are dying back.

Twinkle is unfortunately one of the least heat-tolerant Oncidium hybrids in my experience.

The overall pattern, especially those transverse bands in the first photo, are pretty classic signs of an anthracnose fungal infection.

Copper-based treatments or a thiophanate methyl product (Cleary's 3336 or Thiomyl) should treat it.
