HELP PLZ; DISEASED, SICK DENDRO

Hello everyone!!

I just found my little fella dendro (unknown name) if ya can help me out there?? But she has some ugly leaves coming out, falling off.

I have no ideas on what it is, but it's going to kill her, as It's taking over her leaves. One fell off as you'll see in the pic, the other is still hanging on, but will be cut off on Sunday morning!

Plz help me out here, and understand WHY this happened, and WHAT to do to get rid of it, FOR GOOD!!
