Milt. Pacific Clouds w/ browning leaf tips & cracking

I recently purchased a Milt. Rene Komoda 'Pacific Clouds' from Lowe's which has a few problems:

• The tips of 1/3 of the leaves are browning and look a bit dried out.
• Of the 3 spikes, the buds have begun opening on 2, but a couple blooms have small spots.
• A few leaves have a small crack starting in the middle.

I've been watering every 4-5 days, and will start bringing it into the bathroom when i shower until I buy a humidity tray.


I will post a pic ASAP, but for the time being, should I keep it away from my other two orchids?

Also debating whether to leave the support poles in or not, but some leaves seem to be in the way of the opening buds.
