Hi - I was gifted this orchid about a month ago and it had really healthy leaves. Shortly after I got it, they started yellowing and the leaves had a texture to them, they weren't smooth. It has one leaf left, so I took a look at the roots and I don't think they look good. Attached are photos. Any ideas, thoughts, help is greatly appreciated.
First, the roots look OK to me. The picture isn't great on my phone.
Thin-leafed Dens are prone to spider mite attack. It can look exactly like this. I think that is the likely cause. Use the Search function above to read about spider mites.
For now mix a solution of 1/2-1 teaspoon of liquid dish detergent per quart of water. Spray all surfaces of this, and all your plants, because spider mites are likely present even if not causing damage. Spider mites always come back so you need to watch carefully and be prepared.

@estación seca - You were totally right... I washed them off is a soapy solution then found my magnifying glasses and took a look after I read your post, I found 3 little dead red bugs on the last leaf. Thanks again. I checked the other orchids, didn't see anything... I also put it outside because I'm in Florida and the humidity is like 105% right now.
