They like the humid environment during the day and crawl out at night to chew divots in your leaves and root tips, or they stay inside and feed on the algae/organic build up. Yes, thanks, I did a search and most of the posts seemed to me looking for treatments without repotting. A few posts off handedly referred to not being able to repot an entire collection hence my question if repotting would be the best treatment assuming no visible snails remained. Bummer.
