Phal has lacey holes appearing on leaves Female
Exclamation Pest or Disease? Phal with lacey holes & white dots on leaves
My phal was recently repotted. I have started to notice lacey holes appearing on a leave and I just discovered another today. They seem to only be on one leaf.

Note: The 4th picture is some small white dots I hadn't noticed before. Is this part of the other issue?

Is this pest or disease or something more nefarious?? HELP!
