Besides the leaves growing all wrinkled, some flower spikes curl around and start growing into leaf axils. In attempting to release one, I fractured it, but it's still growing out horizontally.

The first thing I'd think of is lack of water while the leaves were developing. What is the medium? How often does it get watered?

Yes. These need lots of water when making new growth. Should never dry out during that season, and don't like drying out completely at any time of the year.

I feed and water almost weekly and give all at least a spritzing daily. Some also still have some nectar on some of the other leaves. But I'll try increasing the water. I was thinking it was due to the pH and tried adjusting it from the 7 from our well down to 5.8 or 6. That's almost impossible to get right without turning too acid.

If it's in medium to large bark, during warm weather these might need watering 2-3 times a week.

pH is not likely an issue. These are not particularly sensitive to water quality. ES and I are agreed, water QUANTITY and frequency need to be increased,

Thanks guys. I guess spritzing them isn't enough, so I'll try dunking them a few times a week. I thought that the copious nectar leaking from leaves and canes, even deformed ones is from excessive water pressure and that I was watering too much. Some canes on the same plant grow just fine, while adjacent ones are wrinkled.

That looks like an ambient humidity issue. Strangely you do live in a rather humid area.

But during the winter, humidity is quite low due to heating the cold air. I used to spend a lot of time using the hot tub which raised the humidity, but that was running the electric bill too high. No problem now though since the air is warm and high humidity. Thanks for the tip though.
