Problem with dendrobium nobile
Question Problem with dendrobium nobile

Hello! Theres been a problem with my dendrobium nobile, I have it since last year and its leaves started turning yellow from the tip, then brown, even the new shoots! They are dry, but I water it like twice a week so not the lack of water is the problem. I have examined its roots, took it out of the pot, seems okay to me. I havent fertilized it with anything yet and there is enough humidity for it. So if somebody could tell me what to do with it I would be thankful

You haven't told us your conditions: temperature, humidity, etc.
Nobiles are deciduous, they shed their leaves. In my experience they lose some leaves at this time of the year while simultaneously new growths appear. Please post photos of the new growths and the medium.

Hello,
Temperature is around 23-24C°
I spray it with water every 2 days.
I took pictures of the medium and the new growth.
But my problem is that:
1.its bloomimg so it does not shed its leaves bcs its old.
2. There are 2 new canes on it wich are also blooming (for the first time) and their leaves are like this too (yellow and brown), so I think its not normal.

Spray with water...these guys, while in winter they don't need almost no water, at the growing stage they need massive amounts of water. Spraying it is not enough.
Another possibility is spider mites.

Can you please read what I wrote in the original post?
I said I water it twice a week and also spray it.
And I also took out the plant from the pot and examined the roots with very much care not so long ago. I saw no bugs, spider mites, or anything unusual!
That is why I am asking somebody to identify what might be the problem. Its not my first orchid, I have like 5 or 6 more.

If new shoots are turning brown the problem is likely either spider mites or insufficient watering. I don't think twice a week is enough water for a Den. nobile in flower.
