Default Fungus?

Does this look fungus on my Blc. Jeremy Island? I have some Dithane that I can spray on it, but do I need to cut the infected leaves? I don’t really understand why I’m having issues like this, my humidity is fairly low (even though I try to increase it) and I have a fan running 24/7

The photo is out of focus so I can't see it well enough.

Thank you, will try again. Although funny enough, it’s not blurry on this end

I'm not sure what that is. It looks very much like damage from mealy bugs, scale or spider mites. Have you had problems with those? Fungal damage is unlikely in low humidity, and usually has rounder margins.

Thank you, I have had a problem with mites but didn’t look anything like this. I’ve also had some plants with scale but haven’t seen any on the plant
