I can't see it very well. The plant on the right has some scratches right at the top of where the leaf bends. Is that what you mean?

I mean the tallest leaf if you look towards the left there is about 4 rusty spots thats a bit smaller then a pencil eraser.

Those could be damage from scratches or damage from a sucking insect. Inspect closely for mealybugs and scale.
