This is a Dendrobium phalaenopsis type hybrid.

Photos do not show any obvious damage. Why do you think you need to treat it?

Welcome, hesse. I agree, the plant looks healthy. If you are worried about the brown spots on one of the blooms, that is just a sign that the bloom is aging; it will wilt and drop in time. If it is the leafless canes, it is normal for older canes to drop leaves. The newer canes will carry leaves, and both old and new canes nourish the plant, as long as they are green. Enjoy the rest of the blooming time for your plant!

I'm not an expert, but I've seen spotting on flowers and it wasn't related to their age... Is your plant well ventilated? At least for the flowers (on the canes I can't see), this seems to happen with stagnant moist air, so ventilating properly the space where you keep it is useful

Yes but otherwise your plant looks nice.

The flower spots that the first photo shows, look a lot like thrip damage. For short-term control, soapy water sprayed on the plants can help... but needs frequent repeating. Longer terms, stronger pesticides are called for. These nasty little flower-destroyers are pretty ubiquitous .
