Default straight line of white spots on back of the leaf

I found what appears to be a line of dry, opened eggs on the back leaf of my orchid.

Does anybody know what it is and the solution, other than cutting the leaf?

Thanks!

Not sure what deposited them. But why does this need a solution? It's on the underside of the leaf and the eggs are hatched. I'd leave it as is and let the plant keep growing.

P.S. The links to the pictures worked fine for me.

Maybe, yes. I scratched them off but the leaf got a bit hurt in the process.

Thanks for your input!

I agree with SG, although it may not be any eggs. It also seems a crack on the leaf surface. I would leave it as it is.
