Well, I think it will be just fine. Cymbs like water in the growing season. I have two of mine sitting IN a koi pond, in full sun, 90-100F heat for next month or so... and they don't like it that hot. Just always keep an eye... you can always move it a tad. Cymb is a tough plant.
Nice water feature. I had those same two I was talking about in a bubbling rock feature this year...got tired of how often I had to water them, so stuck them into edge of pond (both in SH). Thinking about doing the same with my Catasetum.

Have you bloomed this Cymb before? Does it require a cool down to bloom? If so, how else will you get it there other than leaving outside?
