New Beallara: Pests, dust, or…?

I just noticed these tiny white specks on the flowers and end of the spikes. They are nowhere else on the plant or on neighboring plants. It’s like they originated on the flowers. This is a Dianna Dunn Mt. Pisgah I received for Mother’s Day. Any ideas?
