Help identify whats wrong with this phal
Default

Keeping the root-zone warmer than your ambient indoor temperature, by putting the pots on a seedling heating mat, will help the phals. significantly during the recovery process.

I just moved from San Diego to Washington state, and my growing conditions have changed dramatically. All of my phals. will now be on heating mats for most of the year. We’re keeping the heat set at 65-68F/18-20C, which is too cold for phals. We’ll see how warm the house gets this summer.

Phals. typically prefer a daytime high of 75F/24C and really want 80-85F/27-30C. Some hot-growing species and their hybrids need to stay very warm (~80F/27C minimum) all year, or they struggle.

Higher temperatures = faster growth = increased water consumption/evaporation, so make sure you monitor the moisture levels in the pots closely if you add a heating mat. I would worry about the humidity.
