I find my vanda root tips die back when the root doesn't get wet/green (thus my previous question), but can restart growing when it begin absorbing water frequently and maybe given root stimulant.
I cannot find Kelmax/Kelpak on the online shops here so I will order B1 Liquinox.
How are you using it ?
Mix with water and spray the whole orchid or just the root or not mix and apply on the stem (like root paste) ?

Your description of your root tips is exactly what happened to the root tips on this plant. But I have other vandas where the root tips doesn't get get green before they get a bit older (but at least they are surviviing).

The recommended dosage is 5ml per liter (I've only used Indonesia's version coz it's a lot cheaper but many people said the Thailand one is better). I sprayed both the leaves (late afternoon when the stomata is open) and the roots and sometimes soak the roots. The nurseries recommend to use it for the first week when receiving new plants and then once a month.
