the bog garden might be entirely toast. i had it covered but all the plants are brown and i suspect they either uncovered it before rinsing or broke the sheeting bc they appear to be dying from the rhizome up and not the normal way top down.

I'm really bothered by this situation. There has to be some recourse to compensation at the least. Maybe a trip to the next city council meeting with photos and receipts for the lost and damaged plants?

You and me both Dusty... I feel gut punched as well. So upset I don't know what to do. Go punch out a few roof cleaners? Ugh. They CAN and SHOULD do better! Okay... gotta stop, or I'll start cussing then need to put myself in time out.
