Paph Lynleigh Koopowitz - Black patches on leaves

Hello friends. I received this Paph Lynleigh Koopowitz yesterday from a seller on Etsy.

What do you think is going on with leaves? Treatable? Treatments advice?

The black "stuff" doesn't wash off and is not effecting the bottom leaves. It appears to mostly the darker green areas, leaving me to initially wonder if this could be natural coloration. However, it appears to be totally overtaking the second most recently grown leaf. I own both parents and neither have this black "stuff".

Or maybe burns on the higher chlorophyll areas?
