Cycnodes wine delight - deformed flowers

Hi all

This is the first flowering of my Cycnodes wine delight since it has been in my possession. I was super excited to see blooms developing and then I noticed something odd - the blooms look deformed / pitted? It aborted several blooms. The rest of the plant looks fine e.g leaves and bulbs.

Does this look fungal or bacterial? I can confirm no pests are present in the growing space....

This could be from thrips damage, insufficient watering, low humidity or dry air blowing on the plant.
