Single bug that comes out when watering

Aloha,

A few of my orchids have a single bug that runs out when I water. Today I was able to get a picture of one that was hiding in plastic lids.

Does anyone know what this is? Shoudl I be concerned or do anything?

We live in Hilo, Hawaii at about 750 foot elevation. It's a warm wet environment.
