Unfortunately, it’s virtually impossible to determine if it’s virused based on photos. You have to test for that. I do spot checks in my collection and a few flawless orchids come back as positive (three cymbidiums and one Catt hybrid that was a clone of an old cultivar) and some that looked like hell come back as negative. There is no treatment for viruses, you either trash the orchid or grow it being mindful of transfer of disease, practice good hygiene and keep a sharp eye out for pests
If you are very concerned, buy some tests strips. Personally, I would look at culture problems first (those spots look more like bacterial or fungal spots to my untrained eye), and try to work out any issues. Have you had any sort of unusually hot weather lately or heavy rain?
