Default Onc Twinkle - Maybe mites, maybe low RH, etc

Hello, my friends

My Onc. Twinkle is not happy.
Its leaves have all the aspect of being attacked by mites or some similar pest (the cotton test shows tiny dark spots, not red...not sure if it's only dust).
The only new growth this year is getting yeallow and drying.
I also suspect low RH, around 40% when the sun of hitting the room (this plant doesn't get full sun) but it increases to 60% at night.
Temps are 22ºC (day) and 17ºC (night).
Another thing I've been considering is the medium. I suspect it holds water for too much time. It is made of small size bark + coco chips.

I'm thinking about repot it with the same medium but larger bark size (I'll keep it in the same pot).
Also I will try to take all the measures to attack an eventual out of control mite population (clean the leaves periodically for two weeks with an alcohol solution and spray the whole plant with water in every watering).

What do you think? Would you do something differently?

BTW, because it's not all bad news, the plant is blooming.

Some photos:
