Question Help IDing a little critter I found on one of my Phals

Hi Everyone,

I found a little critter (pics below) on the outer pot of one of my Phals today and had no luck matching it to the pest link stickied to the top of this forum.

I've only managed to find one so far but thought I'd rather be safe than sorry so any help figuring out what it is would be much appreciated!

Kind of tiny, but first guess, maybe a leafhopper of some type? Does it jump?

That's what it looks like to me. A hitch hiker from outdoors.

Thank you! I think that's it. You can tell I clearly don't get out much...
