Red spots on Epidendrum leaves

Hi everyone! This Epidendrum has always had this problem. Spots are on both sides of leaves, seem to be part of the structure. I haven't detected any insects, spots are dry, appear on old canes and new emerging ones also. The orchid does produce poor blooms. Anyone had this problem? Diagnosis? Cure? Destroy plant?

Is there a place you can grow this plant outdoors this summer? This kind of Epidendrum needs very high light to thrive. I don't know what the spots are, but it is hard to grow these in a window without electric lights.
