Hello Nirsha,
While I’m not that much of a vanda expert, it seems to be a bit dehydrated. The leaves seem to have a fair amount of wrinkling which is what makes me think that.
How often does it get water? Depending on what conditions it is grown in, it may need water once a day or more.
I can’t really tell from the photo how it is being grown but It looks like you have it affixed to a tree which is probably very good for circulation but it may mean it needs water every day or more. What are the roots like? Are any of them hollow and papery?
From what I can see in the photo, the roots look like they still have a good texture.
Additionally, the newest leaves look healthy which is a very good sign. Was it repotted or moved recently? Maybe it is just adjusting?
What does look a bit troubling from the photo is the discolored sections. To me, that just looks like sunburn which isn’t too much of a problem. I would watch those areas to make sure they don’t get some kind of secondary infection. Just watch that those spots don’t advance significantly or start to liquify/become wet or soggy as that would indicate a secondary infection.
Is it very sunny where you have it? Are those areas just on one side of the plant?
My suggestion is that it may need water more often and perhaps maybe less sun if possible (though it looks like it could adjust to the sun based on the new leaves.)
It really doesn’t look too bad to my eyes though. I would also suggest to wait for more knowledgeable people than me to chime in because this particular vanda isn’t something I’ve ever grown so I can only give more general advice.
