Thank you so much for your replies! It did not have the marks when I first got it. You know, I did have a plant nearby that had thrips so maybe they took a few bites out of this Oncidium?

Hope you are right that it is fungal. I will crack open the windows more and keep an eye on the plant 👀 thank you all!
