Should I be worried about black spots on my miltoniopsis Pink Lemonade? I just got this plant today so I don’t know if they have progressed

Probably a bacterial infection resulting from standing water droplets. Unless it spreads, I wouldn't be too concerned.

If you do see it gaining ground, spray with Physan @ 1 tsp/gal and remove the affected areas.

I am here with the exact same problem. I received my pink lemonade milt last week.

It had a few spots on the lower leaves, it has now spread and the several leaves are turning yellow.

I removed the leaves with spots.... with was hard. The plant is so full. Hopefully, it will recover quickly.

Same here! Received a Pink Lemonade from Seattle Orchids a week or two ago. First thing I did was cut off all affected leaves, including a whole psudobulb. Hoping it doesn't continue to spread and will bloom for me soon!

It seems that the pink lemonade is very susceptible to this disease! I ended up removing most of the infected leaves and I rubbed cinnamon on the remaining black spots, seems to be doing the trick. She has started to develop two flower spikes so I am impatiently waiting for blooms!
