Oncidium yellow leaf spots gone crazy

This is an oncidium I've had for several years and mostly ignored until lately. It had been growing outdoors in a ceramic pot with holes in it being watered by south Florida rain. It seemed to thrive, and grow although it did not bloom again. I started paying some attention to it and because it was very tight in the pot decided to repot it. I almost divided it but decided to get a bigger pot instead and leave it alone. But now when I put it back it has developed yellow spots all over the leaves. Before they looked in very good shape with just a few small black dots on some leaves. The bulbs are full and not shriveled.
I am not sure what this is (fungus?) and what to do about it. Would appreciate some ideas! Also, how to get it to bloom! Thank you
