What is this? It looks like aphids. They have 6 legs, it seems and seems to be only on the flowers.
Also in the leaves there are white things that seems to immobile...maybe the one at the flowers fall after they die?

Sure does look like aphids.(Great photos!) Ick. The stuff on the underside of the leaf might be eggs/larvae. Time to spray!

Sprayed the whole plant with a natural product besed on Abamectin 0,0015% + Pyrethrin 0,02%.
The label says to do not apply on flowers (orchids included) but that's the place where I can find most of them. So...

To apply again in 7 days.

You can alternate with soapy water, or Neem... I have found that these sudden infestations go away as fast as they come. (When it's in the house especially annoying... but I have had that happen too)

Brown bugs, definitely aphids.
White bugs, either juvenile scale or mealy bugs.

Those little white "threads" might be immature aphids... I have seen those when I had those "aphid attacks". At any rate, your treatment will kill any of these pests.

The sammalest "white dots" I really can't see what they are (too small) but the bigger ones look like dead ones. Looking closely, you'll notice the legs in some of them.

I saw those... but if you look at the photos carefully, you'll see little white threads. Not only on the underside of the leaf where the dead bugs are, but also the middle photo with the aphids and the base of the flower The threads look like dust... except that shortly after they're visible, there are aphids all over the place. (So I'm guessing about what they are, but I suspect a relationship...)

Interesting video on life cycle of aphids:
Google Image Result for https://i.vimeocdn.com/filter/overlay?src0=https%3A%2F%2Fi.vimeocdn.com%2Fvideo% 2F589438855_1280x720.jpg&src1=https%3A%2F%2Ff.vime ocdn.com%2Fimages_v6%2Fshare%2Fplay_icon_overlay.p ng

And mealybugs:. (link for mealybugs didn't work, just search koppert biological mealybugs on YouTube, look for a video on lifecycle)

Didn't knew they shed their skins during growth...maybe the bigger ones in the leaves photos are sheded skins.
The others, in fact they look like small larvae.
BTW, the photos show the upperside of the leaves, not the underside.
