Black Rings on my orchid’s leaf

I recently brought in all my orchids to protect them from a cold snap that we where having. I noticed these black rings on my NIOD brassavola hybrid. They look nasty! Is this something I can simply cut away? I’ve already got the plant quarantined but I’m not sure if I need to treat it with something to prevent it from spreading. Thank you in advance for all your help.
