I’m not an expert but my guess would be some sort of fungal infection. Making sure you have good air circulation and keep the stem and leaves dry can help prevent spread. You should also wear gloves or wash you hands after handing affected plants and disinfect cutting tools etc. Hopefully another user can advise on possible treatments.
