discoloration

Ok guys, I could use some help. About a month ago I had a Beallara develop some dark coloration in the foliage. The plant seems healthy, however within 2 days of developing this the leaf yellowed and fell off. A second one did it a day or so later. I kinda freaked and moved it away from all the other chids. There he stayed and things went back to normal. Well this morning while I was watering I noticed another leaf developing the same discoloration. I immediatley grabbed my shears and lopped it off and put it out of my mind. This particular plant was a rescue and had some issues when I brought it home about 8 months ago but has since been doing well and sending up 2 new growths. Then when I got home this afternoon I noticed a Dgrma with the same discoloration happening on two leaves. So now Im really worried. Anyone have any idea what it might be. I took a picture of a leaf off of each of the afflicted plants. Man I am really hoping its not something serious . The Dgrma looks healthy and always has been. Its sending up a spike off of one growth and producing another little growth at the same time. HELP!




I should also mention that on the Beallara it seems to only be happening on the underside of the leaves. While the Dgrma has it on the top side.

they are back leaves, however some of the oldest pseudobulbs on the plants still have theirs. and given that these two plants were exactly next to eachother is primarily where my concern comes from.
