Remedy Needed: Blister, Fungus, Disease?

My otherwise very healthy orchid is in need of some care. I am not sure if this is an over watering thing or if this is disease and I should be proactive and remove the leaves or let the plant go entirely.

Blisters are hard to the touch, not squishy. I would not describe them as clear, closer to white/waxy.

I only just noticed yellow spots on the white petals.

No appearance of rot or fungus growing on mulch or crown. All other leaves appear healthy.

Please offer any advise if able. Photos attached.

One word: MITES

Get a good miticide and be thorough about treatment.

Thanks for the advice! I'll give the spray a couple weeks to work magic and keep the post updated.
