Honestly, I've never been hit this hard by slugs/snails before.
Recently I found something was eating up new roots leaves of my orchid. Slimy trails, round circular wounds on leaves and cleanly cut root tips...it all point toward slugs and snails. Incidentally, they devoured new growths of my recovering C. schilleriana, nearly killing it in process.
So I put out some baits and waited and caught couple of them. But when I thought it was all over...I found slimy trails on my B. nodosa, with its root tips completely obliterated; as if it was laughing at me.
Now I put some iron phosphate around my orchids...hoping to get that little bugger as soon as possible.
