Spider mite damage? or a virus? Pls help a beginner (photo included)

Picture included below! This is showing the underside of the leaf. The top looks fine. In fact overall it's really healthy, it's just grown a new pseudobulb and has loads of aerial roots.

I've had this oncidium intergeneric for about 4 years, it bloomed for first time a few months ago.

There are a few little webs in its pot but I thought nothing of it. Now I am a bit worried.

If it is spider mites, more natural remedy suggestions would be great. And if it's a virus...well I don't know what happens then..

Oncidiums and some other thin-leaved orchids tend to be prone to black spotting. Sometimes this is related to fungus. Improving plant nutrition with added calcium sometimes helps this, but you may also need a fungicide.

Hard to tell from the photo if mites are present. You can try taking a clean white paper towel, moisten with alcohol, and rub the leaf between the folded towel; look for red streaks on it. The red streaks indicate mites. You can try controlling with neem oil (read and follow precautions).

IMO, that spotting is not a cause for concern. Fungus or not, that's normal in Oncidiums. Usually ventilation reduces the problem (and also takes care of fungus).
