White bugs in Orchid potting medium

My name is David and I have only been keeping orchids for a couple of years now. I have noticed lots of white bugs in the potting medium of a number of my orchids and was wondering if anyone could tell me what they are, if they are harmful to my orchids and how to control them. They are about 1 to 1.5 mm long with i think 6 legs and 2 antena: They also crawl quite quickly. My potting medium is a mixture of Coconut husk, Coconut charcoal and Pearlite.

They look like springtails. They won't do any harm to the plants.

I agree, they’re springtails and are harmless.
