I purchased 5 of these knives the other week at an orchid vendor open house in Santa Barbara. They are great knives - very sharp, stainless steel and even though they have a plastic handle it is heat resistant enough that I can flame sterilize the knife with a blowtorch and they were less than a dollar each.
I wished that I had bought more so I managed to find the manufacturer's online store. They had free shipping for orders over $45 so I ordered 50 of the knives - that should last me for a few of years.
