That is so tiny compared to my RO/DI unit! I'll be ordering one of those too!
As far as filling five gallon containers and not wanting to stand around and wait for them, you can always install an automatic shut off system.
You can buy 5 gallon carboys at Wal-mart for cheap, and install the float valve inside the car boy (I recommend borrowing a small child for this if you don't have one, as their hands are small and they can reach inside the carboy without injury.) The carboys are nice, because they have a tap on them for draining water into your container of choice, or you can just install the float valve into the drilled side of a five gallon bucket with a lid. If you are into saltwater reef keeping, you have a lot of 5 gallon buckets laying around.
In fact, Ray, I see a market for pre-installing those float valves in five gallon carboys, because the last time I had to do it, my kids were not adult sized, now they are.
