that's exactly what I use. 0.7mm is too fat for my liking and 0.5mm doesn't write well on my plastic tags (just seems to scratch the surface and make a mess). Both are HB
I've used mechanical pencils for many years because that's the only way to get the ultra fine 0.5mm tip that doesn't just break all the time.
I'm too fussy that's the problem, but I really hate the look of my writing in a 0.7mm tip, it's fat and ugly and is too big to get enough info on the tags
