Making additional holes in plastic pots

For those of you who require additional drainage holes in plastic pots I have found that a taper drill is the perfect tool . I used to use a soldering iron to burn holes in the pots , until one day I let the iron get too hot and the smoke burned the heck out of my eyes , the smoke , I found out to my cost , is very toxic !!
