Nicole: No stress, and yes - we learn all life, thats the good thing - i will try the trick with woodstick - do it have to be chop-stick (Those to eat with - or can i use any kinds of stick

I can use also the long sticks that look the same as the shorter tooth picks. Don't know what they are called in English but I use them on the BBQ to push tru veggies and meat... any idea what I mean? I mean the one used in this picture: http://www.delany.nl/kinderweb/images/pofspies.jpg

Oh i know them, theu are cheaper then chopstick and i can get them where i shop everyday - so fantastic, thanks a lot for the help

btw, du you know if there are anywhere to find a wather-guide when using these tree-sticks

Nicole, we would just call those skewers here in the UK.

I've used thicker skewers from the BBQ as well (new ones, not ones I've cooked with )

I've also used the wooden spikes which are support spikes for flower spikes.
