Ultrasonic Water Fogger-The Mist Maker was the website I found them on. seem to have two diff sizes, including the exact one you have pictured. Cannot see any info as to whether they ship to Canada though. I have one of the foggers and it seems to be a constant battle to keep it just under the surface of the water.
