When I whittled down my collection and sold my greenhouse prior to relocating, I did something similar.
I used a baker’s rack shelf from Home Depot, but the size of my plants only allowed me to use 2 shelves.
I recommend folks look at botanicalleds.com for lighting.
As my setup was temporary, I just used 4 standard 2211 nursery trays, turned sideways, on each shelf, and that actually gave me additional back-to-front depth for plants.
The humidity tent I used was similar in design, but clear all the way around, allowing me to inspect plants from all sides.
Once I got to my new home, I split that into two racks of tow shelves, added casters to them, and replaced the nursery trays with the large boot trays from gardeners supply. I added drains and place a bucket under them when they’re indoors fork the winter.
Being able to wheel the collection in and out as needed is a boon.
