My summer temperatures are hotter than yours, to 45 almost every summer. I have frost almost every winter, so I can't keep many orchids outside. But your temperatures are a lot like my sunroom, where I grow my plants.
A lot of terrestrial orchids have monsoonal climates with dry winters like yours. Look for Bletilla, Calanthe, Eulophia, Habenaria, Phaius and hybrids.
Many of the Dendrobiums in the nobile group will do fine outside on trees for you. They also come from monsoonal climates. 40C is no problem for them. They normally hang down so water does not accumulate in the crowns.
Brassavolas will do well for you, including what was a B. but is now Rhyncholaelia digbyana. So will many of the Tolumnias.
Vandas with terete ancestry (Papilionandas) do well in humidity, rain, heat and sun. Also Renantanda and Renanopsis hybrids.
Try putting your Catasetums on the trees. The time to move them is in early spring, just as new roots are forming. It is probably too late this year. They do not mind huge amounts of water during the monsoon. They like to be mostly dry during the winter.
Some of the Australian Dendrobiums from the York Peninsula have a climate not too different from yours. Try Den. smilliae on the tree.
