What percent shade cloth should I buy for low light plants?

I'm moving all my orchids outside soon and would like to know what percent shade cloth to get to go over them. I already have a 40% cloth which I hope will be ok for the high light plants, but I'm not sure if I should get 60, 70, or 80 for my Phals, Paphs, and other low light plants. Any suggestions?
