Thanks all! it gets morning shade from the house, a few hours of direct midday as the sun crests over the house, and then a huge tree in the neighbor's yard puts it back in the shade for the rest of the day.
As the summer progresses, I'll have to keep an eye on it, I'm sure, and may have to rig some shade cloth or something for those midday hours. So far, they've all been hanging or staged on other objects in the same spot since night temps stayed above 50, and they are doing fine.
