WOW!!! I realize this is an old post, but WOW!!! Can y'all come build me one too? And can you update with more pics of all your orchids in there? (and the inevetibly newly acquired orchids that just had to be bought to fill in a couple of those 'bare spots' hehehe...)
Are those shelves slanted at all? It doesn't look it, but that was probably the intention- I assume...

Thank you!
I didn't get any good pictures with it filled up this year. And there are many holes were more orchids could easily go, but I refrained from buying as they all still must come in, lol...
The shelves are just slightly slanted, but not so much that they are visible. I wasn't too concerned about that since I have to remove each one to fertilize and water anyway or risk getting sensitive leaves and new growths wet.

I will use plastic on top of wood, but you need to elevate one side to let the water run, not to much just enough, with a flap roof water accumulate, its happened to me, check my GH post, also the plastic have to be for GH, first I got in trouble with the one from HD, its broke into pieces and in my pool. norma
